We are Monier Roofing Pvt Ltd and we’re located in Bangalore. Specifically, we’re in the Bangalore 100 area in Karnataka. It’s a big city and there’s always a lot of building going on, which keeps us pretty busy. We deal with roofing, as the name says. It’s not the most glamorous job, but every house needs a roof. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on shipments. Our office is a practical space. We have samples of tiles and materials lying around everywhere. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. Bangalore traffic is a nightmare, so we try to plan our site visits carefully. We aren't a huge corporate office with people in suits. We’re mostly in work clothes because we’re often out in the sun or at a dusty site. We’ve been in the Karnataka region for a while and have seen the roofing trends change from simple things to more modern styles. We just follow what the customers need and try to get the materials there on time. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a lot of fancy slogans. We just want to make sure the roofs don't leak and look decent. The team is just a group of regular people who know a lot about tiles and weatherproofing. That is really all there is to it. We just keep working away here in Bangalore.
