We’ve been here at South Main Road for a good while now. Monarch Ergonomics (India) Pvt Ltd is mostly about chairs and office desks that don't hurt your back. Being in HAL 3rd Stage, we get a lot of people coming in from the nearby IT areas looking for better setups. It started because we noticed people sitting all wrong at work. We keep the place open on Lane No 5, near P P No 393. It’s not a fancy showroom but we have what you need to see. Usually, someone is around to show you how the height adjustments work. Furniture can be tricky if you don't try it first. Most of our days are spent talking to local managers or people setting up home offices. We try to keep things straightforward. If a chair is too big for your space, we'll tell you. The India branch here deals with a lot of specific requests. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some people come in just to ask directions, which is fine too. We keep a stock of different parts in case something breaks. It’s just us doing our thing every day. Nothing too complicated. We focus on making sure the tables and chairs actually fit the people using them. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get deliveries out on time, but we manage.
