Our office is located in Sahakaranagar, near the police outpost at Vishwa Nivas. It is a decent neighborhood in Bangalore, and we have been here for a while now. Being a group of companies means we have our hands in a few different things at once. It can get a bit confusing sometimes with all the different projects going on, but we manage to keep track of it all from this building. Most of our day is spent in meetings or on the phone, trying to make sure the different branches are moving in the right direction. It isn't always smooth sailing, and there are days when it feels like we are just putting out fires. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with us since the start and some newer faces. We don't really go for the high-rise corporate look; our space is more functional and lived-in. There’s usually a bit of a queue of people coming in to talk about business or deliveries. Bangalore traffic makes it hard for the field staff to get back to the office on time, so we are often here late waiting for updates. We just try to keep the business running steadily and deal with the challenges as they come up. It’s a lot of coordination and paperwork, and we just take it one day at a time without too much worry about being flashy.
