We’re located at Plot No. 64 in the Sadarmangala Industrial Estate, which is over in the Kodugodi area. It’s right on the edge of the busier parts of the city, so the roads around here can be pretty rough and dusty with all the heavy trucks passing through. The estate itself is quite large, and it can be a bit of a challenge to find specific plots if you’re not used to the layout. We’ve been here at number 64 for a while now. The building is a functional industrial space, designed more for work than for looks. Inside, it’s mostly open space for the operations and a few small partitioned areas for the office staff. There’s no big reception area or fancy coffee machine; we just have a regular kettle in the corner. The commute out to Kodugodi can be a bit of a pain with the traffic, especially when there’s construction going on, which seems like all the time lately. We get a lot of noise from the neighboring units, but that’s just part of being in an industrial estate. We spend our days mostly looking at spreadsheets or checking on the floor. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on getting through the day’s workload and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s not exciting, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things organized as best we can, even when things get busy.
