Mohanram S Vellal

Mohanram S Vellal is just me and a couple of helpers working out of Girinagar 277. It’s a quiet residential area, and my office is really just a room in the back of the building. I’ve lived around here for years, so most people know me by sight. I don't have a big staff or a fleet of vehicles, just an old car and a phone that never stops ringing. My desk is usually buried under a mountain of papers and receipts because I’m not the quickest at filing things away immediately. I spend a lot of my time meeting with people or checking on things around the neighborhood. There isn't any fancy philosophy behind what I do. I just try to be fair and do what I said I’d do. Being at 277 Girinagar makes it easy for locals to drop by, though I’m often out on a call. The neighborhood has a good feel to it, and I like being part of it. I don't use any corporate talk or try to sound like a big company because I’m not one. It’s just honest work day in and day out. Sometimes I stay up late finishing paperwork by the light of a small lamp, listening to the sounds of the street outside. It’s a simple setup, but it works for me and the people I help. There’s no big sign out front, just my name and the work I do.
