You can find Modi Dhavalagi & Co over at Seshadripuram, in Muthyalamma Nagar. We are on the 3rd floor of the Htr Chamber, which is right opposite Hotel Sharma. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the hotel. Our office is a bit of a climb since we’re on the third floor, but the view of the street below is okay. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s not a fancy corporate tower; it’s just a regular commercial block with different businesses on every floor. Inside our space, things are pretty simple. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a small area where we keep the kettle. Most of our day is spent at our computers or dealing with people who come in with paperwork. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just focus on the work that needs to get done. The office can get a bit crowded when we have a few visitors at once, but we make do with what we have. It’s a very local feel here. We know the people in the neighboring offices and often see them at the tea stall nearby. We aren’t trying to be the biggest firm out there, just one that’s been around the block a few times. It works for us.
