Our office is at No.52/2 on Lubbey Masjid Road in the Shivaji Nagar area. It’s a very old and busy part of the city, and being near the masjid means there is a lot of life around us all day long. You can hear the sounds of the street and the calls to prayer, which just becomes part of the background when you work here every day. The space we have is small and filled with papers, files, and a few computers. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly in its right spot, but we know where everything is. People in the neighborhood know us, and we often have someone just leaning in the doorway to ask a question while they’re out doing their shopping. Shivaji Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that over the years. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us doing the work ourselves. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or the road gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a very real, local way of doing business. We handle bookings and transport details for whoever needs them, and we don't bother with any corporate talk or fancy promises. It’s just a travel service on a busy road where we try to stay on top of the daily grind.
