Modern Machinery Co has been based at 186/A in Rajajinagar for quite a long time. Rajajinagar is a very busy part of Bangalore, and our spot here is right in the middle of all that activity. We deal with all sorts of machinery and parts. The shop floor is usually a bit greasy and there’s almost always the sound of some machine being tested or worked on. It’s definitely not a quiet office environment. If you happen to come by, you’ll probably see a few of us in our work clothes or with some oil on our hands. We aren't big on wearing suits or trying to look corporate. We just take care of the equipment people bring in or ask us about. The address 186/A is pretty well known in this specific block of the neighborhood. We’ve got parts stacked up in the back and tools scattered around exactly where we need them to be. It might look a bit messy to someone just walking in from the outside, but we know where every single nut and bolt is kept. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait a bit, but that's just part of the daily life here. We work with local small businesses and some bigger ones too. It’s honest work and we don't spend time on fancy talk. We just fix what's broken or get people the parts they need.
