Modccon Interior

Modccon Interior is over in Banashankari 2nd Stage. We are at number 4080 on the 17th Main BSK 2nd Stage. This area is pretty residential but also has a lot of little shops tucked away. We spend most of our time thinking about how to make the inside of buildings look better and work better for the people living in them. It’s not just about picking colors; it’s about where things go and how they fit into the room. Our office has samples of wood, tiles, and fabrics scattered around. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but that’s the nature of the work we do. People come by to look at these things and try to imagine them in their own homes. We don’t have a big showroom. We just show people what we have and explain how it works. The 17th Main can be a busy street, but our spot is relatively easy to find once you’re in the 2nd Stage. We’ve worked on quite a few houses and apartments in this neighborhood over the years. It’s satisfying to see a project go from a few sketches on a notepad to a finished room. We don't use a lot of corporate talk or try to sell people things they don't really need. We just listen to what they want and see if we can make it happen within their budget. It’s steady work, and we enjoy the hands-on part of it more than anything else.
