Mlb Enterprises is tucked away in the 1st Stage of Peenya, specifically at B-167 on the 3rd Cross. If you know Peenya, you know it’s one of those places where every street looks a bit like the last one, filled with small factories and workshops. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while. The building isn’t new, and the paint is peeling in a few places, but it serves its purpose. Inside, it’s a mix of storage and workspace. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door; usually, you just walk in and find one of us working on something. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We spend a lot of time organizing parts and making sure the orders are correct. Some days it feels like we’re tripping over boxes, but we eventually get everything sorted out. The noise from the neighbors is constant, with metal clanging and engines humming, but you get used to it after a week. We like being in Peenya because everything we need is close by. If we need a specific tool or a spare part, there’s usually someone three streets over who has it. It’s a hard-working neighborhood and we fit right in. We just focus on our daily list of things to do and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad. It's a simple life.
