Miskin & Associates

Shanthi Nagar is a central place, so it's always humming with activity. Miskin & Associates is located on the 3rd Cross, at 62/1. It’s a small building, and we’re on one of the floors there. We’ve been in this spot for several years. The 3rd cross isn't too wide, so it’s mostly people walking or on bikes. We like the location because it’s close to everything, even if the traffic nearby is a headache. Inside, our office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a map on the wall. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on documents. It’s quiet work, mostly. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door so people know they’re at the right place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or free drinks. We just do our jobs and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes we order lunch together from the place around the corner. It’s a routine. We know the other tenants in the building. We say hello in the hallway. It’s just a regular group of people working. We don't use any fancy software or have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. That's the way we like to operate.
