Our office for Mint Homes Pvt Ltd is located at 11/5, Rani Rajalakshmi Nagar in the Kulathupalayam area of Coimbatore. It is a quiet part of town, which makes it a decent place to get some work done without too many distractions. We are not far from Thondamuthur. The building is just a regular structure on a street filled with houses and other small businesses. Most days, we arrive and get the fans going because the heat can get quite heavy in the afternoons. I usually start the day by going through the stacks of property files and maps we have piled up. There is always a lot to keep track of with the various housing projects we have going on. The team here is small, just a few of us who know the local area well. We don't have any flashy signs or big corporate posters on the walls. It is mostly just calendars and notes pinned up everywhere. People from the neighborhood sometimes stop by to ask questions, and we just talk to them like neighbors. The coffee shop around the corner is where we usually end up if we need a break. It is a straightforward way of working. We handle the documents, talk to the builders, and make sure everything is moving along as it should. There is always something to fix or a call to make, so the time goes by pretty fast. We just stay focused on the tasks.
