Mindgym

Mindgym is a bit different because we are actually inside Suncity Apartments in Bellandur. We are in Block 17, Flat 102. Since we are near Sarjapur Road, a lot of residents from the apartment and the buildings nearby come here. It is a smaller setup compared to those big gyms you see on the main roads. It feels a bit more like a home or a private club because of the location. We do not have fifty treadmills, just a couple that work well. The space is basically a converted apartment area, so it has got a bit of a cozy feel to it. You will not find huge crowds here, which is nice if you do not like waiting for machines. We keep things pretty clean, and the air is usually better here since we are not right on the dusty main road. Most of the people who come here know each other, so it is very casual. You can just show up in your old t-shirt and no one cares. We do not have a big sign outside on the street, so you have to know where you are going. Just come into the Suncity complex and find Block 17. It is a quiet place to get your work done without all the shouting and loud music you find elsewhere. It is just a local gym for the neighborhood and we like keeping it that way for the people.
