Peenya is a place that never really stops, and being on the Ring Road in Phase II puts us right in the center of all that activity. Our building at 50A is a pretty standard setup for this part of Bangalore. Inside, things are usually kept quite orderly because the work we do at Millipore (India) Pvt. Ltd. requires a bit of focus. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of traffic and other factories nearby, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the sound of people working. We spend a lot of time looking at details and making sure our processes are being followed correctly. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of decorations or fancy lounges. We have our workbenches, our supplies, and our regular schedules. Most of the staff has a long commute, so we value the time we have here to actually get things done. We deal with a lot of technical stuff, but we try to talk about it in plain terms. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just to finish the day’s list and prepare for the next morning. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while, and we know most of the neighbors in the other units. It’s a community of makers and doers. We just do our part, keep our space clean, and make sure we stay on top of the workload without making things too complicated.
