Our place is located over at Pearl Paradise in Marikina City. To be exact, we’re at Block 4, Lot 15 on Atis Street. It’s a residential-feeling area in Malanday, so it’s usually quieter than the main city center. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. Most of the people who come by are folks from around the 1805 zip code area. Finding Atis Street is usually easy once you get into the Pearl Paradise subdivision. We don't have a big sign or a fancy reception desk. It’s just where we coordinate everything and keep our things for the building projects. Since we are in Marikina, we have to keep an eye on the weather sometimes because of the rain, but usually, it's just a normal day of work for us. We handle the building side of things from here. It's a small team, and we usually know everyone on the street. It feels more like a home office than a big industrial site. We get started early in the morning before it gets too hot. People know us as the guys on Lot 15. We don't really do much advertising; mostly it's just neighbors or people who’ve heard about us locally through word of mouth. It's a solid, quiet place to get things organized. Sometimes we have meetings on the porch when the weather is nice. It’s just a practical way to run things without all the corporate overhead you see elsewhere.
