MICROPACK LTD. is over at Plot No -16 in the Jigani Industrial Area. This part of Jigani, in Anekal Taluk, is always packed with activity. You see trucks and vans coming in and out of the industrial area at all hours. We have been here on Plot 16 for a long time. It’s not a quiet place, but that’s the way it is in an industrial zone. The air smells like metal and work. We don’t have much in the way of fancy furniture in the break room. Most of us just grab a tea at the stall nearby and get back to it. Anekal is a bit of a distance if you’re coming from the main city, so we have a lot of local folks working here. The days are long and the work can be repetitive, but it’s honest. We don’t put on airs or try to act like we’re bigger than we are. When the sun goes down, the area gets a bit quieter, but we’re usually still finishing up something. It is just a regular factory life in a busy corner of the district. The machines make a lot of noise, and that’s how we know things are going right. We just show up, do what’s on the list, and go home to do it again tomorrow. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps everyone fed and busy.
