Micropack Ltd

Being out here in the Jigani Indl Area means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and workshops. Plot No. 16 is where we stay. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where the work is. We’ve got the machines running most of the day. Anekal Taluk is a busy place once you get into the industrial zones. We deal with various packs and parts. It gets dusty sometimes because of the trucks moving around outside, but inside we try to keep things orderly. The staff knows the routine. We show up, check the schedules, and start the lines. There’s no big corporate vibe here at Micropack Ltd. Just a lot of people in work clothes doing their jobs. We have lunch together in the small area we set aside. Sometimes the power flickers, but that’s just life in an industrial park. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most people who need us know exactly where Plot 16 is. We don’t spend much on making the place look pretty. We’d rather spend that on fixing a machine or getting better materials for the jobs. It’s a practical way to run things. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid workplace. We keep the doors open and the work moving. That’s about it for us really. It is just about getting the orders out on time.
