Micropack Limited-Company Profile

Out in Jigani, on Plot 16 of the industrial area, is where you’ll find Micropack Limited. It is quite a distance from the main Bangalore city, down in Anekal Taluk. The area used to be very quiet, but now it’s full of granite yards and tech companies. Our place is a large plot with a fairly standard industrial shed and some office space attached. We have a lot of green plants around the entrance to try and keep the dust down, but it’s a constant battle with all the construction nearby. Inside, the layout is all about the production line. We make circuit boards and other things, so there are a lot of specialized rooms. It isn’t the kind of place you’d visit for a tour unless you really needed to see how things are made. We have a small group of people in the office handling the profiles and the orders. The lunchroom is usually the loudest part of the building around noon. We don't have any mission statements on the walls or big posters about being the best. We just have a schedule to keep. The fans hum, the machines whir, and we keep track of the batches as they go out. It’s a long day for most of us, especially with the traffic on the way back to the city, but it is a steady and reliable place to work.
