We are out in the Kiadb Industrial Area in Dobaspet, which is part of Nelamangala Taluk. The full address is a bit long because it covers Survey No.74, 103, 106, and 107 at 5/A. It’s a big site with a lot of space for everything we need to do. Being out here means a bit of a drive for most of us, but you get used to the road after a while. Micromatic Grindnig Technolgoies Ltd. has a lot of floor space for the equipment and materials. The air always has that faint smell of metal and oil, which is just part of the job. It is a noisy place when everything is running, so we usually have to raise our voices to be heard. We have a small area where we eat lunch and talk about things other than work. The sun hits the metal roof in the middle of the day and it can get pretty warm inside. We have big fans to keep the air moving around. There is a lot of coming and going with trucks at the loading docks. We don't spend much time on fancy things like decor. The walls are mostly concrete and the floors are stained from years of use. It’s a practical environment for the kind of heavy work we handle every day. Everyone here knows their role and we just get through the schedule together. It is a long day but the work gets done.
