Micromatic Grinding Technologies, Bangalore.

Our workshop is located at No-533, 10th Main Road, in the 4th Phase of Peenya Industrial Area. Bangalore is a big city, and Peenya is like a city of its own when it comes to industry. Micromatic Grinding Technologies has been here for a good amount of time. The building is a standard industrial unit, and the 10th Main Road can get pretty clogged with lorries and small tempos. Inside, it’s all about the grinding machines. We have a lot of floor space dedicated to the equipment, and it smells like oil and metal most of the time. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see someone in overalls or a technician working on a part. We spend our days measuring things and making sure the machines are calibrated right. It’s a lot of precision work, but the environment is very casual and down-to-earth. The Bangalore weather helps keep the shop floor from getting too hot, but the noise is constant. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the weekend or the traffic on the way in. It’s a regular group of people doing a specific job. We don’t put out brochures with big promises. We just stay in our corner of Peenya and keep the grinding wheels turning as long as there is work. It's just a normal job for us.
