You can find Microcon I2i Private Limited over at 110-c on the 8th Cross in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone like this in Bengaluru means there’s always something going on, trucks moving in and out, and plenty of noise from the nearby units. Our place is pretty straightforward. We have the space we need for our equipment and a small area where we handle the office side of things. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a solid work environment where we spend our days. We’ve got a small crew here, and everyone knows what they need to do. We don't spend a lot of time talking about visions or goals; we just focus on the tasks right in front of us. Some of the guys have been here since the start. The 8th Cross is easy to find if you’re familiar with the estate. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction and traffic around, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We keep things simple and try to stay out of the way of the bigger companies around us. It’s a lot of hard work and staying late sometimes to get things finished. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing, just honest work from a local team. We prefer to let the results speak for themselves rather than making noise.
