We operate out of units 5, 7, and 8 over at the Jalaram Industrial Estate. It’s right near Arakere Gate on Bannerghatta Road, which is a spot most people in this part of town know because of the traffic. Micro Plastics has been running here for a while. We have these big machines that run all day, making different plastic parts and components. It smells like warm plastic most of the time, which is something you just stop noticing after a week. The estate is a bit cramped, but we make the most of the space we have across those three units. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass building. We’re more of a hands-on type of place. The guys on the floor are the ones who really know how things work. Sometimes things break down or a shipment is late, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It's a lot of coordination between the different buildings. We get a lot of trucks coming in from the main road, and backing them into the estate is always a bit of a challenge. It’s just how it is here. We do our jobs, watch the clock, and try to keep the quality where it needs to be without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been through a lot of rainy seasons in these units, and we’re still here.
