You can find us at Shop No-13 on the first floor of the National Plaza Shopping Mall. We are located right on Residency Road, directly across from the Paramount Hotel. It is a pretty central spot in the city, which makes it fairly easy for people to drop by when they are in the neighborhood. Being inside a shopping mall means there are always people walking around, but our shop stays a bit quieter since we are up on the first floor. It is a small space, but we have made it work for everything we need to do. We have been at this specific spot for quite a long time now. Usually, our day starts with opening up the shutters and getting the desk area sorted for the morning. We do not have a huge staff, just a few of us who have the routine down. People often wander in while they are out doing other errands at the plaza. We try to keep things very simple and just focus on the actual services we provide. It is not a flashy or modern setup. We just have some desks and the equipment we use every day to get things finished. Residency Road gets extremely busy, especially in the late afternoons, so it is good to be right in the middle of it all. We do not spend time on fancy decorations. We just work here and stay focused on what needs to get done. Most people know where Shop 13 is by now.
