Our office is based in Kalyan Nagar, specifically at Lalitha Castle on 8th Main in the HRBR Layout. It’s a nice enough spot in Bangalore, and we’ve been here in the 1st Block for a while. This is where Mfar Holdings handles the administrative side of things. It’s not a construction site itself, but we do a lot of the high-level planning and management from these desks. The office environment is usually pretty focused, with people looking over financial documents or planning out future projects. We’ve got a regular routine here, starting with the morning commute through Bangalore’s usual traffic. The building is easy to find if you know the layout of Kalyan Nagar. We don't have any big signs or flashy marketing stuff out front; it’s just a place where we get our work done. Most of the time, we’re busy with meetings or sorting through the various holdings we manage. It can get a bit quiet during the middle of the day, but then things pick up again when the afternoon reports start coming in. We’re a small group of people who have worked together for a long time, so we know how each other operates. We don’t really use a lot of fancy business lingo. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done, and try to make sensible decisions. It’s practical work that keeps the whole company running smoothly from this Bangalore base.
