Mfar Holdings Pvt Ltd is based at Lavelle Road 3. If you’ve been down Lavelle Road, you know it’s got a certain feel to it. Our office is right there in the thick of it. We spend a lot of time looking at numbers and managing different projects. It’s the kind of work that keeps you on your toes. There’s always something happening, whether it’s a new development or just maintenance on something old. We don’t go in for big, fancy presentations. We prefer to sit down and just talk about what needs to get done. Our space is functional and mostly full of documents and maps. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We’ve been around for a while, so we’ve seen the city grow up around us. It’s interesting to see how things shift over the years. We aren't looking to be the biggest or the loudest. We just want to do a solid job on the things we take on. Some days are slow and some are incredibly hectic, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We focus on being reliable. If we say we’re going to look into something, we do it. It’s a pretty simple way to run things, but it works for us. Living and working around Lavelle Road means we’re always close to the action, which helps us stay on top of things.
