We've been at Malnad House on Vanivilas Road for a while now. Most people around Lakshmipuram probably know the building, it's number 871. It’s a busy spot in Mysore and we spend most of our days here handling whatever construction work comes our way. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the planning done and talk to folks about their projects. We keep regular hours, usually starting in the morning when the street starts getting noisy. Sometimes the traffic on Vanivilas Road is a bit much, but it makes it easy for people to find us. We have a small team working out of this space. Everyone knows their job. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy ads. Usually, people just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood or they walk in because they saw the sign while passing through Lakshmipuram. It’s mostly just about getting the work done right so the buildings stay standing. We deal with a lot of paperwork and technical drawings on these desks. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the blueprints lying around. We try to keep things organized though. If you drop by, you'll likely see a few of us drinking tea and looking over some site plans. That’s just how it is here. We like being part of the local scene in Mysore. It’s a good place to work from and the location works well for getting to different sites around the city.
