We’ve been here at 42, Ranjana on 1st Main for a while now. This part of Kathriguppe gets pretty busy during the day, but we manage. Mfar Constructions Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us who handle various building projects around Bangalore. Being in New Kempe Gowda Layout means we are close to a lot of the residential work happening in Bsk III Stage. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but that’s just life in this city. We spend most of our time dealing with blueprints, site visits, and getting materials where they need to go. It isn’t always glamorous, and there’s usually a lot of dust involved in what we do. People stop by the office to talk about timelines or check on how things are moving along at their site. We try to keep things straightforward. No fancy talk, just focused on the concrete and the beams. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the building called Ranjana. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but easy enough to find if you know the area. Our desks are usually piled with paperwork and site maps. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It's a steady pace here, and we like it that way. We don't really bother with big presentations or corporate speeches. We just show up in our work clothes and get to it.
