Our office is located at 47/2-31 on Indira Gandhi Main Street here in Bangalore. We are part of the larger setup involving Gulfar, but we operate as Mfar Constructions for the work we do locally. The street is usually pretty lively. We’ve been set up in this part of the city for a good amount of time. People know us as the construction folks around 560016. It's a straightforward operation. We have the office where we keep the records and handle the logistics, then we go out to the sites. We don't use big words or try to act bigger than we are. It’s just construction. If a wall needs building or a floor needs laying, that’s what we look at. The Karnataka weather can be a bit unpredictable for site work, but we manage. We aren't into fancy presentations. We just get the supplies, talk to the workers, and make sure the building stands up. It's a regular day-to-day life for us. Most of the guys have been with us for years. We just keep going, one project after another, keeping things simple and honest. We don't have a marketing guy, just us doing the actual labor. The traffic on Indira Gandhi Main Street can be a headache sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the cement and the steel and getting the job done.
