R.Sathish Kumar is the main contact for Mfar Construction over here on Sarjapur Road in Bangalore. The area has changed so much lately with all the new buildings going up everywhere. We are right in the middle of it at Bangalore-29. Our days are usually spent on the phone or out at different patches of dirt that are supposed to become houses or offices soon. It’s a busy life. The traffic on Sarjapur Road is a nightmare, so we try to time our movements so we aren't just sitting in the van all day. We’ve got a small crew that knows the drill. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass skyscraper. We just have a place where we keep the blueprints and grab our gear. Mfar Construction is about getting the foundations right and making sure the structure is solid. We see a lot of people moving into the city, so there’s always something that needs fixing or building. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just construction. Some days are long and some are even longer when the materials don't show up on time. We've been around this part of Bangalore for a while and we know the local suppliers pretty well. It's just a regular business run by regular people who like seeing a project come together from nothing.
