Mfar Construction Pvt Ltd is situated at number 5 on the 2nd floor in Tusker Town, Bangalore. It’s an interesting spot to be in, right in the middle of everything. Bangalore is always growing, so there is never a shortage of things to do in the construction line. Our office is where the administrative side of the building projects happens. We deal with the drawings, the permits, and the payroll. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens, but it’s necessary to keep the sites running. The building we are in is okay, nothing too special. We have several people working here, mostly local folks who know the city well. The traffic in Bangalore is legendary, of course, so getting to and from the office is always an adventure. We don't use much marketing talk because our work usually speaks for itself once the building is done. We just want to get the job finished on time. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage. It’s just the nature of the industry. We keep a low profile and focus on the day-to-day tasks. There’s always someone making tea or checking a schedule. It is a busy, slightly messy, but productive place to be. We have been here for a good while and plan to stay.
