Our place is at 42 Devikripa Nmpt Housing Colony in Kulai, specifically the Hosabettu area. We go by the name Mfar Construction Pvt Ltd. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes for a relatively calm place to run a construction business. We handle a lot of the planning and the paperwork from here. Being near the NMPT colony means we see a lot of the same faces around. It’s a tight-knit community. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. It is just a functional office where we keep our tools and our records. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, but this is our main hub. Construction work around here can be challenging with the weather, especially when the monsoon hits. We just try to keep things moving along regardless. We are just a group of people who know how to build things. We don't bother with fancy missions or vision statements. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Our desks are usually cluttered with notes and coffee cups. It’s a very normal office environment. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know the neighbors well. If you are looking for us, we are usually tucked away working on the next set of plans.
