Metso Minerals India Pvt Ltd-Bangalore is found at No. 130, "Ashraya" on the 4th Cross in R K Layout II Stage, Padmanabhanagar. This is a pretty nice part of Bangalore, quite green and residential compared to the industrial zones. The office is in a building called Ashraya. It feels more like a house than a cold office block. We have some trees nearby, and the weather is usually decent enough that we don't need the AC on all the time. We work on mineral processing tasks here, mostly focusing on the engineering and planning side. There are about ten of us in the office on a regular day. We have a small area where we keep our shoes before coming in. The rooms are filled with desks, computers, and a lot of printed reports. We often walk down the street to get some snacks or a coffee during the afternoon break. It’s a peaceful place to work, which helps when we have to look at complicated technical data. We don't have any big marketing posters or polished corporate displays. We just have our workstations and a few chairs for guests. It’s a simple setup where we focus on the daily tasks of the mineral industry. We’ve been in this Padmanabhanagar spot for a while and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at the usual hours.
