Metro City Builders & Developers is located at St Marks Road Manjalpur 50, which is a fairly busy part of the area. Our office is a simple room with a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We do not go in for any of that modern, minimalist decor you see in the city center. Here, it is all about the practical side of building and developing property. You might see stacks of floor plans leaning against the walls and a thin layer of dust on the windowsills because of the construction nearby. Working out of St Marks Road means we are right in the middle of the action, which is helpful but also means it is never really quiet. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and checking on how the cement is pouring at various sites. There is always someone coming in to ask about a plot of land or wanting to know when a particular wall will be finished. We try to be honest with people about delays and costs because that is just how we like to run things. Manjalpur has grown so much lately, and being at number 50 gives us a good view of that progress. We are just a group of people who like the tangible part of the job, seeing a structure go up where there was nothing before. It is hard work and sometimes frustrating, but it keeps us busy.
