Metech

If you know Peenya Industrial Area, you know how busy it gets around here. We are situated at V-1 on the 1st Main road in the 2nd Stage. It is a loud place with trucks moving in and out all day long. Metech has been in this unit for quite a while now. The space is filled with metal parts and tools, and there is always the sound of something being worked on. It’s not the kind of office where you wear a suit. We wear heavy clothes because it gets dirty with all the grease and dust. Finding a spot to park a scooter can be a real headache some mornings because the lane is so narrow. We usually start the day by checking what needs to be finished first. The guys in the shop are local and they’ve been with us for years. We don’t have a fancy website or a person to answer phones with a script. Usually, someone just yells to get the person you’re looking for. The lighting inside could be better, but we have big doors that let the sunlight in during the afternoon. Lunch is usually a quick break at the corner stall where they make decent coffee. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to get the orders out the door by the evening. It’s a simple way of running things and it works for us.
