We are located down in Cochin, specifically at 4/148 in Cheranelloor. It’s a quiet corner of Kerala. Our building is easy enough to find if you’re looking for it, but it’s not on a main highway or anything. We’ve been here for a long time. The office is small and we don’t have many staff, so it’s usually just a few of us around the table. The rain here can be pretty intense, so we spend a lot of time making sure the roof stays tight and the documents are dry. We do construction-related work, mostly focused on the metal side of things. It’s not glamorous. Most of our days involve looking at plans or talking to suppliers on the phone. We don't use fancy software for everything; sometimes a notebook and a pen are just better. The neighbors know us well. Sometimes we share a coffee outside when things aren't too busy. We like the pace of things here. It’s slow enough to get things done right but fast enough that we stay busy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look bigger than we are. We are just a private limited company trying to do good work for the people who hire us. It’s a simple setup, just like the way we like to run things. We usually close up early on Saturdays to spend time with our families nearby and enjoy the local scenery.
