Metabolix Fitness Studio

We are located over at Langford Town on Rhenius Street. If you know where the TV 9 office is, we are right across from them in the Ksha Premises. It is a bit of a quieter pocket of Bangalore compared to the main roads, which is nice when you are trying to focus. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we do. We get a mix of office workers from the nearby buildings and some of the locals who have lived in Langford Town for decades. Usually, the mornings are the most active time here. You can hear the city starting up outside while people are finishing their sets. We don’t have any big neon signs or anything, just a simple spot where people can come in and move around. Sometimes the parking on the street gets a bit tight because of the other offices around, but usually, it clears up. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the regulars about the news or what’s happening in the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward place with no extra frills. The staff here mostly just helps out with the equipment and keeps things running. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with new cafes and offices popping up, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s just a basic gym for people who live nearby. It works for us.
