Our place is at No.45 in the KSHDC Complex on MG Road. Being in that building means we are surrounded by all those beautiful handicrafts and people coming to see what Karnataka has to offer. MG Road is the heart of the city, so there is always a crowd outside and plenty of vehicles moving past. Our office is a functional space where we handle all the day-to-day tasks of a travel agency. We don't have anything too flashy in terms of decorations; it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and filing cabinets. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us when they are out in the city center. You might see us having a tea outside or just sitting at the desk sorting through the latest bookings. It’s a bit of a busy atmosphere because of where we are, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the construction and traffic nearby, but that’s just Bangalore for you. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound like a big international company. We’re just a local business in a well-known building, helping people figure out their travel plans. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we’ve been at it for a while now and know the ropes pretty well. We stay open until the evening rush starts to fade.
