If you head down to Bommasandra Industrial Area, you’ll find us at Plot No. 5. This is Mersen India Private Limited. It’s a big industrial hub, so it’s always buzzing with energy. There are trucks everywhere and the sound of industry never really stops, even late at night. We’ve been part of this landscape for quite some time now. The facility here at Plot No. 5 is where all the action happens. It’s a mix of technical work and just plain old grit. We have a lot of equipment to look after, and the team is always moving from one section to another to keep things flowing. It’s not a quiet place, but we like it that way. We spend our days making sure the specs are met and the machines are running as they should. Sometimes the Bangalore traffic makes getting here a bit of a nightmare, especially in the rainy season, but once we’re inside the gates, we just focus on the job. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing here on the shop floor. It’s more about getting the parts right and making sure everyone stays safe while doing it. We eat lunch together in the canteen and talk about everything from cricket to the latest factory news. Mersen India is just a group of people who know their trade and work hard at it in the middle of a very busy industrial zone. It’s practical, it’s noisy, and it’s how we get things done every day.
