Our place is out in Doddaballapur, specifically in the KIADB Industrial Area. We are tucked away in the Integrated Textile Park at Plots S-10 to S-15. It is quite a long drive from the main city center, but being out in the industrial area makes a lot of sense for what we do at Mep-olbo. There is a lot of warehouse space and heavy machinery around here. The air feels a bit different out here than it does in the middle of town. We mostly handle things related to textiles and manufacturing. It is a big space, and it can get pretty loud when all the equipment is running at the same time. We have a crew that comes in early every morning. It is hard work, and the days can be quite long. We are not big on talking about things like vision or goals. We just show up, check the machines, and make sure the orders are getting processed. The textile park has its own rhythm. Sometimes the power goes out or a shipment is late, and we just have to deal with it as it happens. That is just life in a factory setting. We have a small break room where everyone sits together for lunch. We are not a fancy multinational with glass walls. It is mostly concrete floors and metal roofs. We just focus on the job at hand.
