Mep- Olbo India Pvt. Ltd. is out in the industrial area of Doddaballapur. We are specifically located at Plot No. S-10 to S-15 within the Integrated Textile Park. It is a big space. You can hear the machines running from the moment you park your bike. The KIADB area is always full of dust and heavy trucks. We spend our days dealing with textiles and manufacturing. It’s a long drive from the main city, so most of us get here pretty early. The factory floor is where most of the action happens. It isn't a quiet office job. There are always people moving rolls of fabric or checking the equipment. We have a small office section too, but it’s mostly just for the accounts and basic admin stuff. The shed gets really hot in the afternoons. We have some fans, but they don't do much when it’s peak summer. We’ve been here for a while now. The textile park has its own rhythm. You get used to the smell of the materials and the constant humming of the power lines. We aren't trying to be some big fancy corporation. We just have a lot of work to get through every single day. Usually, we're too busy to even look at the clock. It’s honest work, even if we go home with tired feet and dusty clothes. That is just the way it goes when you work in manufacturing out here. We have some tea breaks under the tree outside when things get too loud inside.
