Our place is at number 196 in Arakere, right on Bannerghatta Road. Being next to the Reliance Mart makes it easy for people to find us, but the traffic around here is just getting worse every year. We have a decent amount of space for the agricultural equipment and whatever else is coming in that week. It’s mostly outdoor-related stuff, so we’re often dealing with mud or dust depending on the season. When it rains, the yard gets a bit messy, and we have to move everything under the sheds pretty quickly. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we don't really need to tell anyone what to do. We just show up, see what needs to be moved or loaded, and get to it. It’s practical work. We talk to a lot of farmers and people looking to set up their plots, and they don’t want any fancy talk, just honest answers about what works. The office inside is small and usually has a few piles of ledgers on the desks. We keep a cooler for water because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. Sometimes we just sit on the crates outside during the break and watch the cars go by on the main road. It’s a busy life, but it’s steady. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure people get what they paid for and that the equipment actually works.
