You can find Medhini Construction on the 2nd Floor of No 82 in Uttarahalli. We’re right opposite the Pattalamma Temple, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while now. Construction is what we know. We spend a lot of time looking at sites and talking to workers. It’s not a desk job for the most part, though we do have to come back to the office to handle the bills and the plans. We are a small team. We don't have any slick marketing people. We just talk to folks who want to build something. Sometimes it’s a small renovation, other times it’s a bit more involved. Uttarahalli is a growing area, so there’s always something going on. We like being near the temple; it keeps things feeling local. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We just want to make sure the bricks are straight and the roof doesn't leak. It’s practical, everyday work. We’ve had our share of long days and tough projects. That’s just how it goes in this industry. We keep our tools ready and our schedules as organized as we can. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s building for you. We just keep at it, day after day. It is hard work but it is what we do.
