Mecon Limited

Our office is located at 10th A Cross, 1st Stage, in L.N. Purum. It is part of the 1st Main area in Bangalore-21. We are under the name Mecon Limited, but this particular spot is at C/O Nagaraj. It is a residential kind of neighborhood, so it is a bit quieter than the main roads. We do our engineering work from here. It is mostly about the papers and the planning stages of projects. The building is a bit old, but it stays cool enough in the summer. We have some tables pushed together to make enough room for the big maps and diagrams we have to look at. Bangalore is growing so fast, but L.N. Purum stays mostly the same. We walk to the local shops for lunch. Sometimes it feels like we are just a small part of a much bigger machine, being part of Mecon. We handle the local side of things. It’s not about having a big fancy lobby. We just have a door and some chairs for when people come to visit. Most of the time we are just sitting there working through the numbers. We’ve had the same neighbors for a long time now. They know we are the Mecon guys. It is a steady kind of life. We don't make much noise, just the sound of pens on paper and some quiet talk about the next project. It is fine for us.
