Our setup in Karwar is a bit different because we operate out of a residential area. We are located at T.M.C. Plot No.136 in Haridevnagar, specifically in the Habbuwada section. The address is C/O Kanchana .K. Gurav, which makes it feel much more like a local home-based office than a corporate site. Maytas Infra Pvt Ltd uses this Karwar base to keep an eye on projects along the coast of Karnataka. It’s a quiet place compared to our bigger city offices. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, which is fine because we spend most of our time out in the field anyway. The office is basically one large room with a few tables and some cupboards for our paperwork. We have a good view of the trees from the window, and it’s generally a peaceful place to work on our reports. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it hard to get around, but we stay busy with the planning side of things during those months. We don't have any fancy signage or an expensive lobby. It’s just a honest place where we can sit down and figure out the logistics for the local infrastructure. The neighbors are friendly, and it feels like we are part of the community here in Habbuwada. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere where we just focus on the task at hand. That is how we have always done things around here.
