Maytas Infra Private Limited

We are set up in Nagarbhavi, specifically at No.325, Sarvesha Nilaya in the Vinayaka Layout area of Bangalore. Being in 9th Block means we are right in the middle of a residential patch, which is quite nice because it stays a bit quieter than the main roads. The office is basically a house that we converted so we could have a base for our Bangalore operations. Most of the time, the rooms are filled with the sound of fans and people talking about site schedules. Maytas Infra Private Limited has been using this space to keep track of various local developments. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find receptionists in suits. Instead, you might see a couple of us eating lunch on the balcony or arguing over a drawing. The neighborhood is full of trees, which helps when the afternoon heat gets a bit much. We spend a lot of time on the phone here, coordinating with vendors or checking on materials. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage to stay on top of things. It’s a practical environment. We have our files organized in metal cupboards and the desks are mostly covered in notes and coffee mugs. Living and working in Bangalore means dealing with the traffic, so we try to get most of our field visits done early in the morning before coming back here to finish the paperwork. It is a long day usually.
