Maytas Infra Limited

Nagarabhavi is a busy part of Bangalore, and our office on Isec Road is right in the middle of it. We are up on the first floor of building number eighteen. You have to take the stairs, which can be a bit of a workout if you’re carrying heavy files. Being on the second cross makes it slightly quieter than the main road, but you still hear the traffic. Most of the team here at Maytas Infra Limited is focused on the logistics of our projects. We have a few computers that are always running and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. It feels like a workspace, not a showroom. There’s always dust from the street and the sound of horns outside, but we get used to it. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon slump. It’s a plain office with simple chairs and plenty of notebooks. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re usually thinking about the next site visit anyway. Some days are slow with just phone calls, and other days it feels like everyone is talking at once about a new site. We’ve been in this Nagarabhavi spot for some time, so the local shopkeepers know us. It’s a straightforward setup. We do what needs to be done for the projects on our list and try to stay organized. That’s about it for our daily routine here in the city.
