Mayer Builders

Mayer Builders is based on the second floor of building number 160 on 25th Mainroad. We are right in the Kalappa Block of Srinagar, here in Bangalore. It’s a lively neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for quite some time now. You’ll find us under the name H.R.Eshwar T/O M.Muninajappa on the paperwork. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a lot of building plans. Being in Bangalore means there is always something going on in the construction world. We mostly stick to what we know, which is getting houses and buildings put together. It’s a lot of talking to contractors and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic, especially when traffic on 25th Mainroad is bad, but we make it work. We aren't the type of company to use big words or try to impress anyone with shiny brochures. We just do the work, day in and day out. If you walk up to the second floor, you’ll likely hear us debating about some project or another. It’s a real job with real challenges, and we don't pretend it's anything else. We’ve lived and worked in Srinagar for years, and we like being a local fixture. No big corporate stuff here, just people building things for other people. It gets dusty and loud, but that is just the way building houses goes around here.
