Our office is tucked away in A.K. Plaza, specifically Flat No. 16 on 14th D Cross. It’s right near J.J. Church in Ejipura, which makes it pretty easy to find if you’re familiar with this part of Bangalore. We’ve been here handling insurance stuff for a while now. It’s mostly about sitting down with people and going over their papers to make sure everything is in order. We get all kinds of visitors, and we try to treat everyone the same, whether they have a small question or a big stack of documents. The area around Ejipura is always busy, and sometimes finding a place to park near the plaza can be a bit of a headache, but that’s just Bangalore for you. Inside the office, it’s a bit quieter, though the phones do ring quite a lot. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch; we just handle the insurance work as it comes in. There are days when the paperwork seems never-ending, and we have to stay late to get it all sorted. We share the space and keep things running as best as we can. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy, just enough room for us to do our jobs and for people to sit down and talk to us about their policies. We’ve grown accustomed to the neighborhood and the people who live and work around the church and the plaza.
