Mathrusri Properties

Mathrusri Properties is located at Hesargatta Main Road 6. Being on the main road means it’s always loud with the buses and the dust from all the new construction nearby. We spend most of our time out in the sun showing people different plots of land or houses that just went on the market. It’s tiring work and you end up drinking a lot of water to stay hydrated in the heat. Our office at number 6 is just a basic room with a couple of tables and some maps pinned to the walls. We don't have those fancy digital displays or anything high-tech. We just use what we have to show people where the boundaries are. Real estate is a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for papers to get signed at the registrar's office. It can be a real headache sometimes. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so I’ve seen how much it’s changed from empty fields to all these buildings. We don't do big advertisements. Most people just see our board on the main road and pull over to ask questions. We tell them what we know about the land and the current prices. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. No big promises, just showing what’s available and helping with the paperwork. It’s a long day, but we’re back at it every morning ready to work.
