Merit Agencies

Merit Agencies has its home at Door No- 557 on 1st D Cross, right in the Mathikere Extension. We are situated behind the Government Primary School, which makes it easy for folks to find us once they get into the 3rd Main area. It’s a typical local agency. We handle various goods and supplies that people in the neighborhood or other businesses might need. It is a bit of a maze back here in the extension, but we like it that way. The noise from the school kids during their break is something we’ve gotten used to over the years; it keeps the place feeling alive. We aren't running a high-pressure sales floor. Usually, it's just a couple of us sitting around, checking the books, or unloading a delivery that just arrived. We take things as they come. If someone needs something specific, they stop by and we see if we have it or if we can get it for them. There is no corporate mission statement hanging on the wall. We just try to keep the shelves organized and the customers satisfied enough to come back next time. It’s a small, practical operation. We don't have a lot of fancy tech; we just rely on knowing our stock and talking to people directly. It’s a simple way to run a business and it works for us here in Mathikere.
